| 8/19/2008 4:14:18 PM | Figured that my long suffering bride has been waiting long enough for a ride on her 48 Velocette MAC so I hit it a hard lick today and got it running.First time it's run in 40+ years. Still lots to do before she can ride it but hell it's a "runner" anyway! | Neil | 2 ===== 18 | EDT DEL | |
| 8/19/2008 12:29:07 PM | Recently took in a stray kitten that came wandering through the yard. It turns out, dogs and cats get along great, and make great co-workers at the home office. The cat lies across my paperwork, as if to say "paperwork is for suckers", and the dog stays busy occupying space on the floor. Neither of them drink all the coffee without refilling it, or talk back. | Alex | 4 ===== 29 | EDT DEL | |

| 8/18/2008 9:26:13 AM | Much sadness followed after Mister Lyle stabbed me in the head after a recent defeat at yahtzee. But I of course harbour no ill feelings to Mister Lyle as he was just having a "bad" day. I think he is maybe still angry though because he said that when wound heal he is going to stab me in other eye! | Snotzy Moto | 2 ===== 28 | EDT DEL | |

| 8/6/2008 2:47:42 PM | Rocky, here are some pictures of Ducati 900 2-valve OHV heads and one of the belt-driven cam configuration. The 904cc Ducati 2-valve twin has a bore of 92mm, and a 68mm stroke. Ducati doesn't use a gasket for the head (not sure if indian does or not). The heads are lubricated via an oil feed through the cylinders. Each head has one camshaft, and both intake and exhaust valves opening and closing rocker arms running off. Intake valves are 44mm, while exhaust valves are 38mm. Older models have an external oil return line, newer models have the return line internal. You could probably simply plug the feed and return lines on the cylinder head itself, and add a oil feed to the cam bearing cover. There is actually a casting boss for an oil return line on the heads that you can drill and tap into for a return feed. | Alex | 6 ===== 74 | EDT DEL | |
| 8/6/2008 10:39:02 AM | Here at Squarehead Acres the Olson family farm we have taken a page from Lyle Landstroms book "Motorcycle Maintenance and Other Minnesota Myths" and have ridden all the "sissy assed chrome and paint" off of our Sky King. The headlamp got knocked out in the 50s when my brother had a pot deal go bad with some bad kids from a kindergarten in Bismarck. | Neil | 9 ===== 75 | EDT DEL | |

| 8/4/2008 9:42:54 AM | Ok ladies, this weekend was raining (again) and the West London custom show was a bit of a wash out. However me and the kids did put on an impromtu doughnut show in the stang but thats another story. This is the only thing that took my fancy however the price of looking like doctor love on his funkcycle seemed a little steep at @$20k | chris | 11 ===== 74 | EDT DEL | |
